• You must have the right to use and process any content you submit
• You warrant that your content does not infringe on third-party rights
• You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• You understand that sensitive data should be handled with appropriate care

Account Security

While most of our services don't require accounts, for Scrum Poker sessions, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of room information and ensuring appropriate access control.

Technical Abuse

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using automated scripts or bots to abuse our services
• Overwhelming our servers with excessive requests
• Circumventing any security measures or access controls
• Reverse engineering our software or services

Content Violations

• Uploading malicious files, viruses, or malware
• Submitting illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
• Violating intellectual property rights of others
• Uploading content that violates privacy rights
• Distributing spam or unsolicited communications

Service Misuse

• Using our services for commercial purposes without permission
• Reselling or redistributing our services
• Creating fake or misleading information
• Interfering with other users' use of the Service
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt services
• We reserve the right to suspend services for technical or security reasons
• File processing may have size and quantity limitations

Data Processing Limitations

• PDF files: Maximum 5 files per merge, 50MB per file
• Image files: Maximum 50MB per file
• Processing time may vary based on file size and complexity
• Some file formats or corrupted files may not be processable

Third-Party Services

Our plagiarism checking service relies on third-party APIs. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of these external services. Results should be verified independently.

Disclaimers

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of results
• Users should verify important results independently
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on our tools

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Online Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages resulting from any third-party services or content
• Damages from interruption or cessation of services
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service

Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for using the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Since our services are provided free of charge, this effectively limits our liability to zero.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Easy Online Tools from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

• This license terminates when your content is deleted from our systems
• You represent that you have the right to grant this license

Termination by You

You may stop using our Service at any time. Since most services don't require accounts, simply discontinuing use effectively terminates your relationship with us.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Could damage our reputation or business

Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete any associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Online Tools regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
